  • Clearly communicate product announcements, tutorials and information to help customers in their product designs
  • Create a online video user experiences so that customers can view content on multiple devices and platforms

Results

  • More than 500 high quality product videos produced since 2009 generating over 1 million channel views on YouTube
  • Increased web traffic to division website by creating a video everywhere model with industry leading functionality

  • Looking to establish an online video presence as a way to raise awareness about the group’s mission and achievements
  • Limited time and resources to dedicate to the project on their own

Project Scope

  • Connect with audience in more direct and creative ways through online video marketing
  • Develop an online video marketing strategy that keeps members and potential donors up-to-date on latest news and events
  • Add video to the Citizenship Counts website in order to create a more interactive online community

Results

  • A branded YouTube channel that reflects more the brand than YouTube noise, and receives hundreds of views per video
  • Produced several videos for Citizenship Counts marketing efforts
  • Increased social media exposure through viral sharing across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and community blogs
